Currently the park is set up with primarily monthly or yearly renters (many rent all year just so they do not lose their spot for the summer.) Park is quiet and has a old North Carolina Coastal "Fish Camp Vibe." This is changing rapidly though, as the area is seeing  massive growth now. Being sandwiched between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach basically guaranteed this sudden expansion. Currently they are building condo's that overlook the inter-coastal directly across the street from us, and a gated community is being built on the property that borders ours on one side.
